Returns Policy

I want you to be completely happy with your purchase, but if not, please email sassyupcycling@gmail.com within 7 days of receipt of your order. Please state your order number and the reason you are unhappy with your purchase and I will do my very best to help. 

Items must be returned to Sassy Upcycling within 30 days of the customer receiving the item to be eligible for a refund/replacement.

All the beads used in my jewellery are pre loved/vintage and so I have identified the semi-precious stones to the best of my ability. Many beads used in my jewellery are made of natural stone so colour and tone may vary from those shown in the photographs.

Please note that earrings are exempt from being returned unless the item was damaged or had missing parts upon receipt due to our error.

Many jewellery items are exclusive and so a replacement may not be available and in this instance a refund would be made.

To be eligible for a refund/replacement, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return please send the item to Sassy Upcycling, 58 Queen Elizabeth Drive, Crediton, EX17 2EK, Devon, UK.  The buyer is responsible for the shipping cost when returning the item.  We advise that you use a tracked service when returning your purchase as we cannot be responsible for delayed, lost or stolen packages. Please pack the item securely and retain your tracking number. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds will not be granted where:

An item has obvious signs of use/wear

An item is not in its original condition, is damaged or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error

An item is returned more than 30 days after initial receipt by the customer

The item is a pair of earrings (unless it was damaged or has missing parts due to our error)
